Women In The Workplace

The world of work is changing...slowly!

 

There are now ver 15 million women employment in the UK. But despite changes in legislation and the way society considers the role of women, top level management and certain industries such as construction, mining, and transportation are still dominated by males. 

 

Also, many women are still feeling like they need to choose a career or a family. 

 

In this episode, I talk with Zoe Bowles, an ISO compliance expert who chose to have both while also working in a male-dominated industry.
