Every single minute of every single day a man commits suicide somewhere in the world.
That is someone's brother, son, husband, friend, and colleague.
And, in the vast majority of cases, the people didn't know that they were struggling and their deaths could have been prevented.
This is why I am sharing my story with you today because, in 2016, I hit rock bottom and had to live with some scary thoughts. I hope this helps and encourages you to go and ask for help.
In this episode, I share:
- how depression and anxiety took control of my life
- the thoughts and feelings I felt as the world started going gray
- how asking for help helped shine a light
- some ways that I took back control and came back to life
Here are some resources if you are struggling right now.
